423 95th Street included the gut renovation of  apartment #3A, located in Bay Ridge in Brooklyn, New York. The existing convenience stair was replaced to reconnect the mezzanine level to the main level. New bathrooms with glass showers were added to the mezzanine level. Finishes include wooden floors and state of the art stainless steel appliances. Units features it's own a washer and dryer.
