ADG provided architectural services for the single-family conversion of 38 Bethune located in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of  Manhattan, New York. Since the building is a apart of the Greenwich Village Historic District, we had obtain approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission. This was a collaborative effort between ADG and preservation consultant, Mary Dierickx.

Modifications were done to the facade that include changes to the garage door to frosted glass, replacing the exterior entry doors, replacing the existing windows and modifications to the existing bulkhead to allow for the installation of an elevator.
