Q-East also has several amenities including valet parking, bicycle storage, public courtyard, pet playground, smart laundry, fitness center, resident's lounge, and storage units. Some units have private terraces and all residents can access the public terrace on the 3rd floor.

ADG created a modern masonry building with recessed composite rain screen panels, rising above the base. The building is located along a busy stretch of Hillside Avenue and created a challenge due to the close proximity of the 179th street F train subway station. Since the project has Little E-designation, we were required to install windows with higher Outdoor-Indoor Transmission class.  This property is also 421-a tax exempt.
