The building offers 22 boutique condominium units including studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom. 906 Prospect also has several amenities including on-site parking, virtual doorman, landscaped rooftop terrace and bicycle storage. Penthouse units have private terraces and all residents can access the rooftop terrace.

Our goal was to create a modern building with a classic feel that ties into the surrounding context of the historic neighborhood. The site called for the demolition of an existing two story garage building.The building's design has a combination of brick and cast stone with the penthouse level enclosed in glass.The building offers luxury condominium units featuring garden homes and penthouses with state of the art finishes.
